Through my own wellness journey to release pain and trauma, I discovered and trained in several techniques that are so powerful that my mission now is to share these with others to help get their lives back on track and get real results!

Fitness routines are highly motivating, rejuvenating, therapeutic, supportive & energising – to build mobility & strengthen the whole body as well as improve flexibility, stability, balance and posture; to improve overall fitness and well-being. Based on a powerful fusion of Pilates matwork, barre, weights, ball & band, exercises and gentle stretches.
