Classes consist of therapeutic movement to music including: Chair Pilates & Yoga, Ball & Band exercises & Qi Gong movements to improve; Posture, Strength, Brain function, Focus, Flexibility, Mobility, Balance & Co-ordination.
There is a great importance for Mindful Movement and Body Awareness for Seniors – so they can learn to listen to their bodies and minds for signs of dis-ease in the body.
