3. YLANG-YLANG

Ylang-ylang helps to balance male and female energies, restore balance in your life, boost energy levels and promote positivity.

4. PEPPERMINT

Peppermint adds an amazingly cool, fresh scent to your home, great for when you’re feeling stuffy or have blocked respiratory areas from colds or allergies, can ease headaches, improve mental focus and fight depression. Diffusing during meal times  to assist digestion.

5. LEMONGRASS

Lemongrass has a fresh clean energising scent, so great to diffuse in the morning to perk you up. It also has natural insect repelling abilities.

6. CASSIA

17. LAVENDER, ROMAN CHAMOMILE, WILD ORANGE

Diffuse three drops of lavender, three drops of Roman chamomile and two drops of wild orange before bedtime to help the children relax and get to sleep.

18. GINGER, LEMON, MELALEUCA

Diffusing one drop of ginger, two drops of lemon and two drops of melaleuca (tea tree) to help kill off harmful airborne pathogens and flu germs and help you breathe easier.

19. PEPPERMINT, ROSEMARY, THYME, MARJORAM, LAVENDER

Diffuse 2 drops of cedarwood and lavender to help you have a quality nights sleep instead of counting sheep – or try rubbing a little lavender and cedarwood on your feet along with a carrier oil.

24. WILD ORANGE, CINNAMON, GINGER

25. SANDALWOOD, VANILLA, JASMINE
