Classes consist of therapeutic movement to music including: Chair Pilates & Stretching, Ball & Band exercises, Strength & Balance exercises, Qi Gong movements to improve; Posture, Strength, Brain function, Focus, Flexibility, Mobility, Balance & Co-ordination.
There is a great importance for Mindful Movement and Body Awareness for Seniors.
