A powerful core and balance challenge combined with safe flat water paddling; to help build endurance, tone and core strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, motivation, confidence and courage – at the same time as getting our vital daily dose of Vitamin D, fun and laughter!

Suitable for all body types – Exercise routines are low to moderately high intensity training – according to you and your requirements – with regular evaluation to evolve as you evolve and grow stronger.

This personal attention caters for all levels from beginner to advanced, to the elderly or people with limited mobility, for remedial exercise therapy or to simply improve your fitness level and overall well-being.

Thai Yoga Massage is an added option of therapeutic assisted stretches & relaxation techniques which completes the session so wonderfully – enhancing your overall body conditioning experience. Great for Couples to learn some take-home techniques too!
